David and Julie's Wedding at Pinnacle Presbyterian Church and the Scottsdale Fairmont Resort 03-20-10

David and Julie planned their wedding long distance, with the help of family who live in town.  We started out at the Scottsdale Fairmont Resort, then headed to their beautiful family church for their traditional ceremony.  Then back to the Fairmont for a few more photos, and on to their dinner service in the lavishly decorated ballroom.  Check out the yummy dessert table and monogrammed cake!  David and Julie opted for a low key dinner and cake cutting for their celebration.  A fabulous time was had by all.  Congrats to David and Julie!

Jeremy and Christine's Engagement Session

Christine is a teacher, so Jeremy and Christine decided to do something a little different and do their engagement session at the school where she teaches.  This ended up being a great idea because they got to have fun and play on the playground :)

Jon and Erin's wedding at The Secret Garden 03-19-10

Erin was a beautiful bride for the big day.  We loved her lace trimmed, cathedral length veil.  The ceremony was beautiful.  As I was standing there taking photos a gentle breeze was blowing, birds were chirping, Jon and Erin were exchanging wedding vows and I was thinking "it doesn't get more perfect then this"!  One of the hi-lites of the ceremony was when the mother of the groom sang "Every Little Thing That You Do" as a gift to the bride and groom.  After, the kiss and lots of photos we all headed in for their fun filled reception. The night ended with a historic '53 Bentley wisking the bride and groom away.  Congrats to Jon and Erin!

Brian and Laura's Engagement Session at Papago Park

Brian and Laura opted for Papago Park for engagement photos.  They are so cute together - we had a great time doing these photos for them and are looking forward to their wedding in the summer!

Alan and Christine's Wedding at the Secret Garden 03-16-10

Alan and Christine chose the Secret Garden for their wedding.  Hearts were the theme of the day.  In fact, both Christine and Alan wore heart charms in remembrance of their mothers.  Two hearts adorned their cake, as well as at the reception two roses on the cake table also were a loving tribute to their moms.  The ceremony was off to a humorous start when the flower girl and ring bearer took a detour through the guests.  They did get back on track though and made it down the aisle.  The ceremony was perfect.  After a few photos and a romantic sunset, the party began with a first dance.  Then the fun really started as family and friends impersonated celebrities. The reception was non-stop till the night ended with everyone donning black and white top hats and dancing to New York, New York.  Fun!

Gary and Kimra's Wedding at the Cottonwoods Resort in Scottsdale 03-14-10

Gary and Kimra opted for a morning wedding at the scenic Cottonwoods Resort.  After some "getting ready" photos, Gary and Kimra shared a beautiful, quiet moment seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day.  Photos were then taken at various locations around the grounds ending at the Wedding Circle, which affords beautiful views of Camelback Mountain from a lawn setting surrounded by cactus.  There were rabbits, quail and even a bird with a front row seat for the ceremony atop one of the surrounding cactus.  The ceremony took place under the Huppah which was draped in white tulling.  After the ceremony and few more photos, a scrumptious brunch was served on the outdoor patio of the onsite restaurant.  Gary and Kimra then ended the day with by cutting their yummy cake.  Congrats to Gary and Kimra!
